When You Can Get a Refund
Technical Problems We Can't Fix
If you experience a technical issue that prevents our face search from working properly and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you're eligible for a refund.
Extended Service Downtime
If faceapp is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical difficulties on our end, we'll issue a refund.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly or without authorization due to a billing system error, you're entitled to a full refund of the incorrect charge.
Unused Subscription Credits
If you cancel a prepaid subscription plan and have unused search credits remaining, we'll refund the prorated amount for the unused portion.
Refund Window: You must request a refund within 30 days of the charge to be eligible.
When Refunds Are NOT Available
- Change of Mind โ If you simply decide you no longer want to use faceapp after purchasing. Try our free tier first.
- Service Already Used โ If you've already performed face searches or actively used the service.
- Terms Violation โ If your account was used for harassment, illegal surveillance, or fraudulent activity.
- Mid-Cycle Cancellations โ If you cancel after the billing cycle has started (you retain access until cycle ends).
- After 30 Days โ Once 30 days have passed since the charge.
- Special Offers & Discounts โ Promotional pricing and discounted plans are non-refundable.
- Non-Renewable Plans โ One-time purchase plans or non-renewable credits are final sale.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank.
๐จ Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension, referral to a collections agency, and potential legal action.

30-Day Investigation
Allow 30 days for investigation before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues are resolved quickly.
Resolution
We'll work with you directly to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
How to Request a Refund
Contact Support
Email support@faceapp.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
Provide Information
Include your account email, transaction date and amount, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots.
Allow Time for Review
Our team will review your request within 5โ7 business days.
Receive Decision
If approved, refund processed to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days. If denied, we'll explain why.
Subscription Cancellations
How to Cancel
Log Into Your Account
Visit your account dashboard at faceapp.
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings โ Subscription Management.
Cancel Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm when prompted.
What Happens After Cancellation
- You retain access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the current cycle ends.
- Your search history and account data will be preserved for 90 days in case you want to reactivate.
